Refund Policy

1. General Policy

• • No refunds are provided under normal circumstances
• • Refunds are only issued if we are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances
• • All sales are final once the reading/healing session begins

2. Payment Terms

• • All payments must be made through our website only
• • Full payment is required before service delivery

3. Service Delivery

• • Readings will be delivered after 72 hours of booking confirmation
• • No emergency readings are provided
• • No rescheduling is permitted once a session is booked

4. Additional Charges

• • Follow-up questions require separate bookings
• • Live call extensions beyond 30 minutes are charged at ₹100 per 5 minutes
• • Multiple questions require separate bookings

5. Cancellation Policy

• • No cancellations are accepted once payment is made
• • Service credits may be issued in exceptional circumstances at our discretion
• • Unused service credits expire after 30 days

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• • Technical failure preventing service delivery
• • Service provider unavailability due to emergency
• • Double charging due to payment gateway errors

7. Refund Process

• • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• • Refunds are made to the original payment method
• • Processing fees may be deducted from refund amount
