Delivery Time & Booking Policy

1. Delivery Time:

All readings will be delivered after 72 hours on booking and payment confirmation. No emergency readings will be provided.

2. Booking Policy:

• • No rescheduling is permitted once a session is booked.
• • A valid name, date of birth, phone number, email ID, and a recent photo are required to proceed with the session.
• • All answers will be provided via email only. No phone or live chat responses unless explicitly booked.
• • I do not store answers, so please preserve your reading for future reference.

Question Policy

1. Question Limit:

All bookings are limited to 1 question per session.

2. Multiple Questions:

No combining of 2 or more questions into one reading.

Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms:

• • All payments must be made through the website only.
• • Payments must be made in full before the session begins.

2. Refund Policy:

No refunds under any circumstances unless I am unable to complete the reading due to unforeseen circumstances.

Honesty & Ethical Readings

1. Openness:

I do not sugarcoat my words. My readings are honest and direct. Book only if you are comfortable hearing the truth.

2. Remedy & Rituals:

I do not provide any remedy or ritual until it is necessary.

Follow-Up & Additional Charges

1. Follow-up Questions:

All follow-up questions are chargeable and must be booked as a separate session.

2. Live Call Extensions:

Live call extensions beyond 30 minutes are chargeable at ₹100 per 5 minutes.

Closed-Ended Policy

1. No Health-Related Questions:

No health-related or third-party readings (e.g., "How does X feel about me?" or "What is X doing?") will be performed under any circumstance.

Confidentiality

1. Data Protection:

All readings and healing sessions are strictly confidential.

2. Information Retention:

No information shared during a session will be disclosed to third parties.
